THE ALPHA COURSE
Alpha is an eleven week course which explores the core foundations of the Christian faith. Weekly sessions are held on Zoom with a short video followed by small group discussion. Alpha is free and there is no preparation/homework required. This course is for everyone; whether you are exploring the Christian Faith, new to the faith or a long-time Christian. We will explore life's big questions, to say what you think and to hear other people's points of view. Consider joining and/or inviting others!
Registration is necessary for these virtual sessions. Join us for the Preview Night on Monday January 25th at 7pm. The course runs through late March and will end no later than 8:15; optional manuals are available at MCC Office for $5.00. Register here: mcclife.net/thealphacourse
EMOTIONALLY HEALTHY SPIRITUALITY
Peter Scazzero learned the hard way: you can't be spiritually mature while remaining emotionally immature. Even though he was the pastor of a growing church, he did what most people do: avoided conflict in the name of Christianity, ignored his anger, sadness, and fear, used God to run from God, and lived life without boundaries.
Eventually God awakened him to a biblical integration of emotional health and the spiritual practice. It created nothing short of a spiritual revolution in Scazzero, in his church, and now in thousands of other churches.
Join us this winter as we slow down to pursue emotional and spiritual health together. This will be a video and discussion based course. We gather on Thursday nights at 7pm from January 28th - March 18th. Led by Zach Riley.

GENERATIONS
Psalm 145:4 proclaims, “One generation commends your works to another; they tell of your mighty acts.” Come share life and wisdom with adults of all ages. The conversation will center on the pastoral message of the day and ask two big questions: What is God saying, and what are we going to do about it?
SUNDAYS - On Zoom from 10:15-11AM

Triads -- groups of three for prayer and encouragement.
In an isolating time it is crucial that we discover ways to walk in Christ together. Though it may require some creativity, there is great opportunity for growth and transformation in Christ. We think that the small size of Triads make them nimble, practical, and safe for this time. The simple vision of triads is to covenant with two others for spiritual encouragement and prayer. The two guiding questions are basic to following Jesus -- 1) What is God saying to you? 2) How are you going to respond to what God is saying?
