What are Sunday Connections All About?
It's Simple:
Adults connecting with God and other adults!
Sunday mornings at MCC, adults gather at 9:35
and 11:00 AM in Sunday Connections where they:
Connect with other adults as they:
- Get a cup of coffee and goodies
- Make new acquaintances
- Catch upwith old friends
- Talk with peers about how God’s Word can make a difference in everyday life
Connect with God as you:
- Dig into a key Bible story, passage, or lesson under an able teacher
- See how God’s Word connects to your lifestage issues
- Come to know God better as you see Him reflected in His Word, the Bible
We offer a Connection for each of the major
life stages we all go through. The following brief descriptions on the right will give you a general picture of each Connection. Note the time and place each Connection meets on the back of this brochure.

SUNDAY CONNECTIONS
Meeting times:
9:35 - 10:45am - Beginnings, Builders, CARE and Open Door
11:00 - 12:10pm - Active Seniors and "News at 11:00"
COLLEGE - People who are in the "traditional" college years whether students or working.
BEGINNINGS - Post-college young adults, whether married or single.
BUILDERS - People in their 30's and 40's who typically have preschool or elementary age kids.
C.A.R.E. - People in their 40's or parents keeping up with junior and senior high school kids.
OPEN DOOR -The Middle Years - Those people enjoying the empty nest and still employed and who are in the 50's and 60's of age.
ACTIVE SENIORS -Serving Christ and each other - Folks enjoying the retirement years from 60 and up.
"NEWS AT 11:00" - An intergenerational Connection for those attending the 9:45am blended service, those desiring an intergenerational experience and those teaching Sunday at 9:35am who want to be in a Connection.
