WHAT IS A “SMALL GROUP”?
A small group is 6-15 people who meet
together regularly for the purpose of growing in their relationship to God and with other people.
WHY BE IN A SMALL GROUP?
If you desire to grow in your life with Jesus, be in a small group. More of the factors that contribute to spiritual growth are present in small groups than in any other single activity of our church. In addition, we need to grow in our relationships with each other. In the day of cell phones, faxes, email, and snail mail, nothing replaces the God-given need for face-to-face contact. The joys and challenges, hurts and growth of our lives are not meant to be carried alone, but shared. The sharing of lives that takes place creates connections that become indispensable. See the reverse side of this brochure for the story of two “satisfied customers.”
